When a San Francisco resident passes away, probate and trust court matters are heard by the San Francisco Superior Court. Matters for San Mateo County residents go to the San Mateo County Superior Court.
For your security, the building’s front desk checks photo ID against a guest list, and security provides access to our floor only. We add your name to the building’s guest list the day before your appointment, so please bring a photo ID.

The building is a short walk from Montgomery Street BART and Muni Metro station.
Paid parking is available about a block away, including the 550 California Street Garage (entrance at 633 Sacramento Street) and the 655 Montgomery Street Garage (entrance at 631 Merchant Street).
