San Jose is our main office. Families from San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Campbell, Los Gatos and Morgan Hill meet here for signings, and many families from Fremont and the southern East Bay find it the easier drive.
When a Santa Clara County resident passes away, probate and trust court matters are heard by the Santa Clara County Superior Court in San Jose. Fremont and other Alameda County matters go to the Alameda County Superior Court.
